Yes. The application process is the first of countless challenges you’ll take on throughout your journey. Here, we strive for excellence in everything we do, both for ourselves and for our teammates. The steep learning curve can make for a tricky transition, especially in your first year. But you’ll also discover that constantly challenging yourself is the key to experiencing immense growth. And you can count on tremendous support as you push yourself to reach your full potential.
Unless otherwise specified, we generally hire interns for six months (part-time or full-time), or three months (full-time only). Our interns can start at any time of the year.
Excelling at a top university is an advantage, but it’s not everything—plenty of our people have achieved great things here without a spotless academic background. What we care about the most is your passion, work ethic, problem-solving ability, and commitment to excellence—and how you demonstrate these qualities throughout the application process.
It’s generally not a problem if you need to work part-time for a spell. For example, lots of them work part-time with us while they’re studying. We ask our interns to commit to at least 20 hours per week—but they have a lot of freedom as to which hours and days of the week they choose to work.
Including our interns, get paid competitively.
In the fourth quarter of each year, we perform a thorough performance review for each person. Several colleagues assess your level of contribution for the year, and then the pay review process ensures you’re assigned appropriate compensation.
It can vary according to the job. Still, the application process generally starts with a résumé screening. Then, certain applicants are invited to take on a few tasks, before moving on to the interviews phase. The process can require anything from a few weeks to a few months to complete, and takes place entirely online.
